Nominations now open for P3 Awards 2024!

It’s time for us to unveil this year’s categories and open the nominations for the P3 Awards 2024 🏆

This year we’ve decided to do things a little differently, so you will see two award sections below, the first section is open for services and core teams to nominate and the second is for Senior leaders to nominate you or your team!

So, without further ado, drumroll please …

The categories open for everyone to nominate are:

🏆 Colleague of the Year

This is for someone who lives the P3 Values; they are kind, compassionate, hardworking, honest, friendly and an all-round brilliant P3 person!

🏆 People First

This is an award for our most compassionate colleague at P3. This is a person who always acts as a champion for the people we work alongside. They fight for what’s right, never give up and work to achieve positive outcomes for people.

🏆 Changemaker

Who has made a massive impact to your team or to your service? How have they implemented something new that’s made your job easier? Have they pushed for change at a local level and challenged the norm? This is an award for a person who has punched above their weight and made change happen.

🏆 Behind the Frontline Team of the Year

This is for a team who work in a non-support role whose strength, unity and gusto keeps P3 moving forwards. We simply would not be able to function without them! Their work holds up the organisation and enables our support teams to go about their daily tasks. They are helpful, approachable and live the P3 values.

We’re looking for nominations from frontline services ONLY for the Behind the Frontline Team of the Year category please!

The categories open for Senior Leaders to nominate to are:

🏆 Frontline Team of the Year

This team is an inspiration, they pull together and truly make a difference. They value each person for what they bring to the group effort. The service they work in delivers amazing impact to the people we work alongside, and they are continuously striving for excellence and improvement.

🏆 Leader of the Year

This is an award for a senior role, a manager or operational lead. This person is an amazing leader, providing excellent leadership and support for their team. They are reliable, consistent and fair while delivering excellence and quality. They inspire their colleagues and are a champion for the people we work alongside.

The deadline is approaching for completing the 2024 Conference booking form!

Everyone must complete the form, so if you haven’t done so already, please fill it in ASAP to let us know your preferences and if you will be joining us for just the daytime conference or both the daytime and evening celebrations.

After the Conference from 7pm, we’ve got a P3 festival planned for the evening celebration at BUSTLER, just a short distance away, a converted chocolate factory where the party will be on!
