To do this, we have partnered with Boxphish, a UK based Cyber Security Awareness Training company that will provide 5-minute cyber-security training modules on a monthly basis. 

These modules started on Monday 20^th November, so if you haven’t done so already, please complete your first one. The training modules will be emailed directly to your inbox, where you will be prompted to login to the Boxphish portal and access the training (more info on this below).

As part of the Boxphish offer, we will also be running some tests throughout the year, which will simulate ‘phishing’ attacks. These are not to catch anyone out but to enable us to see if there is anyone that needs some extra support to stay safe. If someone does enter personal details onto one of these simulations, they will be directed to the landing page attached to this email.

What will my first email look like?

Once you get the first course, there’s no need to set up a new password! Just click on the Sign in With Microsoft button when it’s presented on the login page, which will look like this:

Once you have logged in you will be presented with the landing page below. To start the course you have been allocated, just click on ‘Take Course Now’ to access the content.
