Hello everyone!

A recent addition to my new role as the Quality and Development Manager, was becoming the lead for Wellbeing. This is an area that I am passionate about, and I have embraced the chance to be part of continuing our commitment to having a proactive and innovative approach, to promoting and protecting the health and wellbeing of our colleagues.

At P3, we pride ourselves on having an integrated approach to colleague health and wellbeing. We focus on preventing stress in the workplace and creating a positive working environment.  We prioritise your health and happiness, and aim to create a healthier and more inclusive culture that raises colleague morale and engagement. We are all aware of the difficult times that some of us are facing these days, and we need to ensure we are all talking to each other, being available to listen and recognising when a colleague needs our support.

The ‘teamwork makes the dream work’ ethos, should always take the health and wellbeing of every colleague into consideration to keep people feeling supported, valued, and included.

Now more than ever, with poor mental health on the increase we need to be looking after each other. 🤗

During our most recent wellbeing meeting there was a focus on how we celebrate and promote key events throughout the year, in a way which ensures colleague involvement and includes the people we work alongside where we can.

We’d also love to encourage everyone to share the great stuff that we do on Workplace, so we can inspire other teams to get involved in making health and wellbeing an essential part of our day-to-day work life.

With recent difficulties accessing GP appointments, Paycare’s Pocket GP allows you to easily access their GP services such as consultations and prescriptions anytime, anywhere.
